Holiday Reading Wrap Up – Non-fiction

Redeeming Sex – Debra Hirsch

I’m going to do a full review on this book but suffice to say I loved it! If you could see the number of post it’s in this book!

Asking For It

This is another one which I will be doing a full review for, I really enjoyed this. It wasn’t particularly ground breaking information for me but it was presented well and it’s so helpful to have all the information in one book.

Caring Enough to Confront

I think this book is tied with Redeeming Sex as my favourite read of the holiday. I absolutely loved this and got so many take aways! Look it for a full review coming soon.

Eat Sweat Play – Anna Kessell

I’m so glad I read this book, it’s made me think about my relationship with exercise and sport from a whole new perspective. There was a few sections which weren’t releavent to me (I’m not pregnant nor do I have children) but I think rereads down the road will be in order!

Stuff I’ve Been Feeling Lately

The one and only poetry book of the trip and I wasn’t that fussed. It was fine, I think having just read “The Princess Saves Herself In This One” and “Milk and Honey” the bar for this one was set very high and I don’t think it quite made it.

Katherine.
